And so it went that upon returning to my father,
I was free from my psychotic burden

God above looked down on me
And saw my rebellious heart
But He also saw my need

He took away my old heart
And transformed this life of mine
I was pursuing my own desires
But He had something else in mind

Free to love like never before
Following God forevermore
The trappings of my mind were cast down to my feet

Now I truly am a son of the King,
Among the royal family,
A lineage descended from heaven,
Come down to earth in the form of a man
As bloodstains marked the foot of His cross

My name is Raj,
But I know in Heaven I've been given a new name

My past has been washed away,
And no matter what blame you try to dig up from the grave
I know the God I'm believing,
And I know He has the power to save

Despite the temptations that come my way,
Eyeing me saying that nothing’s really changed
My house ain’t built on the sand,

My house is firm

So here’s something you should learn:
My father was right
Wisdom is the only thing that will keep your sights
From slipping off course
